By indicating at the end of the survey that you would like to receive more information and/or receive the Annual SMB IT Effectiveness Index Report associated with the survey, you agree to be contacted about improving your score by the survey sponsors. The Site will not sell or otherwise transfer or disclose personally identifiable information to third parties without your prior consent (except as may be required by law, such as a court-ordered subpoena, search warrant, or other court order; or required by exigent circumstances).
